Hands down its “Grilling Genius,” by Scott Givot, 365 pages of unbalievable recipies including a damn lot of marinates and complimentary sauces.

Ditch the oxymoron (propane BBQ) and fire up some real coals if you want to BBQ. A propane “grill” is nothing but an upside down broiler. If you’re gonna BBQ, do it right.
