What is your internet download speed? Where are you?

My wired PC is 59.77 Mbps (upload 6.7 Mbps). Upstairs my Ethernet connected Google TV is 21.74. (upload 6.7 Mbps)

I’m in southern California.

You can test yours here.

88 up, 25 down at my office in So Cal.

So far, I’ve never bothered to upgrade from the slowest tier of broadband. My download is 1.24 Mbps, and my upload is 0.69.

I’m in Colorado Springs.

sigh
4.94 Mbps down, .70 up. Central Victoria, Australia.
When the NBN (National Broadband Network) is available at this address, speeds “up to” 100 Mbps are promised, even in its neutered form.
We’ll see - we’ll certainly jump on it as soon as it’s available.

Central Victoria, Texas, USA, 51 Mbps from cable company.

About 15 MB down, 20 MB up, from my laptop on wifi, in Northern California. We are paying for 18/18; I figure if I was on the desktop that’s directly connected to the router, I ought to get at least that.

I’ve got 500Mb down, 25Mb up. Theoretically, I’m on a 1Gb down plan, but they haven’t upgraded the equipment at the box on the street yet.

Toronto, Canada

Oops, the other way around is what I meant.

I’m in Anchorage, Alaska.
Just tested right now and I’m getting:

199.33 Mbps DL
10.09 Mbps UP
9ms PING

29/33 7 ping. On iPad. FiOS Washington State. Think I am paying for 35/35, perhaps 30/30, I forget.

PC is 26 down and 5 up - paying for 25/4. ISP is a little guy, RCN, also bringing 1gig to the area, but I don’t have the equipment or the need for that speed.

Phone is 75 down and 12 up, Sprint unlimited 4G.

Down 33.5, up 34.37. I’m with a fibre-to-the-door company that’s cabled the whole development where I live (in London), but I’m only paying for a max of 100.

16.69 down, 52 .83 up in Cape Town, although I’m probably throttled on the download, as I’m in the office.

About 80mbps in both directions. Stockholm, Sweden.

Up until recently I was getting 180 mb/s but a recent upgrade by Comcast increased it to 240.

90 down, 20 up.

Comcast (Xfinity) has a gig plan in our area but the current speeds are fine for our household use.

2 megabit down, .3 up. Verizon DSL in rural Virginia. Best connection I can get but at least it’s unlimited. Netflix works fine. Downloading big files takes forever. More than one person can’t do anything bandwidth intensive at once.

27.15 Download, 5.43 upload. Cable provided by WoW! (yes, they are called that) in N. Alabama. Suppossed to be getting better connections in the region, but not yet.

12.17 down, 12.08 up. 69ms ping. Not too bad for being out in the Cayman Islands.

At my office

At my house
Wired

650 up

Wireless

45 up

I’m on a Google fiber network at home. The tech who measured the wired connection said that the download number was probably higher but the PC he used was limiting transfer.
