Ringtones make that easier as well. If I’m busy, my ringtone tells me which calls I can safely ignore for a bit without stopping what I am doing to take my phone out of my pants pocket.
Just changed mine yesterday. Same for everyone, and changed it from All my Exes live in Texas to Family Tradition. Because it plays for the person calling me as well I view it as a way to introduce my musically illiterate friends to country music.

I have one ringtone. It’s Weird Al’s “Virus Alert!”. It annoys me - it never fails to make me jump and swear when it goes off. But I paid 2.99 for it so I’m keeping it, doggonit.
It’s poetic justice that Weird Al came up with this gemrecently.

for my boss its ZZ Top “Just got Paid Today”
for work its the Dr. Who theme (absolutely impossible to mistake that thing for anything else)
for some friends I have a custom tone. For texts I like to use little snippets of songs or spoken word from videos. a few I have are
2 notes from the Dexter theme,
“I like turtles” from zombie kid (you tube it)
one Silent tone that “rings” with no sound at all, its nice because I dont have to turn off the to truly shut it the hell up since there is no vibrate on this setting,
Dick Proenneke from Alone in the wilderness (yeah I know its not actually his voice) from him I have a couple my Favorite is “I left his entrails for the birds”
