I did suggest in the thread linked in the OP a “Shruggie” smiley that AudreyK so kindly named. For like when you just don’t know the answer or don’t feel like answering it.
Yes, the puking smilie is disgusting, as are some of the threads on this board. It’s not so much third grade bathroom humor as it is shorthand for something grossing you out. Think of it as being a little more expressive than writing out Eeeeewwww!.
