I love the movie High Fidelity. I’ve had a couple of people tell me I love the movie because I’m the main character. Not that I’ve ever owned a record store, mind you, but otherwise, yep, that’s pretty much me.
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind probably best captures my perspective on life, and I think I’m somewhat like Joel, except without the crazy girlfriend.
(emphasis mine)
Excellent, the procedure worked.
Probably The Autobiography of Miss Jane Pittman. I’ve always felt I was an ancient black woman trapped inside of a white male body, and that it informs the hatred I have for most white southerners and rednecks.
Otherwise, I CLAVDIVS (though I alternate twixt Claudius and Caligula).
That sovnds confvsing.
I’m Bridget Jones, I think.
I have some self-image issues, I eat ice cream and listen to sad music when I’m depressed, and I’m constantly doing or saying things that and up embarrassing me or getting me into trouble, but I can usually manage to laugh it off. And I have friends and a wonderful man (not very “Darcy”, but he’ll do) who love me anyway.
Sadly enough, Giovanni Ribisi in Boiler Room.
