What not-typically-sexualized body parts get your motor running?

Hands. Long, thin fingers, with nicely manicured nails, without hair on the backs of the hands, smooth palms or slight callouses.

The male lower back, just above the butt, is the source of all male beauty and grace. I am convinced.

By that, do you mean that little crease about half an inch behind the chin? Because I’d have to give that a total “me too.” I’ve always loved that, but it wasn’t until last summer, when I was studying drawing faces, that I actually took note of what was going on there.

Hair. A really nice head of hair is a major turn on.

Tummy. Slightly soft.

Yes, that’s it.

Oh, and speaking of noses, I am strangely-fascinated by noses with an upward curve along the ridge. There was a middle-eastern-looking porn star back in the eighties who had such a nose, and later on she had it straightened, and I was so disappointed. The new nose completely didn’t fit the structure of her face.

Upper arms, and where they meet the shoulder.

Forearms. Nice well-defined forearms, particularly ones ending in graceful, long-fingered hands. Rawr.

Lower back. A nice smooth and fit lower back on a woman really turns me on.

“Hey, baby, nice pancreas.”

We should organize a club.

Slight hijack, but I assume you’re fans of Peter Wingfield , then?

Just curious, can you find a picture of what you’re talking about?

No. Not really. Unless you can find a site that has a lot of pictures of different people in profile view, espicially if they are smiling. You can find anything you want on the inerwebs, but not that.

But look at this photo. It’s extremely subtle, but look at Ellen, on the left. The line from the tip of her chin to her jowl is pretty much an uninterrupted line. Nothing breaks it up. Now look at Portia, on the right. There is a slight interruption there. It’s hard to see from that angle, but there are two distinct parts to her jaw.

Here is a clearer example. The woman on the left has a more pronounced double chin.

Normally people who have a double chin would take great offense at being described as such. Google on “double chin” and you’ll mostly get hits on how to surgically remove one (or other treatments). We normally associate them with the elderly and obese. But anyone, of any weight, age, gender, or race can have one. Some people only have them when they talk, eat, or smile.

Ah, here’s a great example where some moron tried to “fix” this “flaw” using some photo-enhancing software.

Neck, shoulders (broad), hands (big, strong, long fingers) and wrists… I could go on and on.

I’ve always been a fan of good abs, right before they start turning into a 6 pack is perfect  I don’t think that’s really that unusual though, compared to what other people have described. :stuck_out_tongue:

I like a man with a prominent nose too. I think it makes a man look more masculine.

I also really enjoy the shape of a man’s upper arms and upper back. Yesterday I was watching Season 3 of Veronica Mars and noticed that Jason Dohring, while plain in the face, has a very nice upper body proportion. No six pack, no ripped muscles, just solid upper arms and a very pronounced difference between the size of his shoulders and his waist. The shots of him from behind show it even better. I can get past the plain face for that.

I was reading something a while ago that said that shoulder-to-waist ratio for guys had very similar correlation to attractiveness as waist-to-hip ratio for women. So there may some very basic reasons why you find that hot

I have nothing to add that hasn’t already been mentioned. I think a slightly-larger-than-average nose can be sexy on a woman. Not necessarily a big honker, just something a little more substantial than the common Hollywood/fashion model nose, which looks too small and pointy to me. I’ve always thought Anne Heche has a nice nose, for example.

ohgodohgodohgodohgod

Sorry, I went a little woozy there for a moment. Jason Dohring is just…gah. Lovely. Lovely man. drool

And I agree. His is another neck I love, and the way it curves into his shoulders, and then the upswelling of the deltoid over the bicep…

Is it hot in here?

But I wouldn’t say his lower half is entirely without charm, either. That bit on the front where the pelvis meets the hip - that valley that goes down into the groin? What’s that called, anyway? It must have a name. Anyway, that’s an awfully yummy bit on men, and on Dohring it’s especially luscious.
