I like Carhartt cargo pants a lot. They last for years and are one of the few brands that carry my 33/36 size. I think they’re made from old fire hose of all things.
Never thought I’d endorse a La-Z-Boy chair, but the one we got a dozen or more years ago is still going strong, long after I figured the motor mechanism was bound to die.
The only negative is that every few weeks the power cord connector tends to slide out of the power module on the floor behind the chair due to chair motion. And when he was a pup, Pluto chewed a bit off the base. Other than that it looks good and functions perfectly.
My Keurig machine, for one. I know there are environmental concerns. And of course, coffee snobs get uptight about the frou-frou flavors, yada yada yada. But for a casual coffee drinker like me who loves variety, I consider it some of the best money I ever spent.
I also recommend the Insta-Pot and a good pellet smoker (mine is not the best, but read on): both are game-changers.

I mentioned them in the Odyssey thread but I’ve owned some Eargasm earbuds for a few years now and they’re great at doing what they’re supposed to do: make noise less loud without losing clarity or making it muffled. My wife and I wore them during The Odyssey given the reputation for Nolan films and they didn’t affect understanding the dialogue at all but made the booming sounds and music much more bearable. Also good for concerts, auto events, etc wherever it’s going to be stupid loud.

Ortlieb bike panniers. I used to have to buy a new pair each year because they fell apart with use. Ortleibs are only slightly more expensive and I’ve had mine for twenty years now without a problem.

Me too. Plus two rolling tool cabinets that belonged to my dad that are almost exclusively Craftsman hand tools. Power tools too, but they didn’t have the same warranty.
