I neglected to address the “oral fixation” question. My GF has one, to some extent. She was a long term thumb sucker, and is currently a smoker. She does not put other things in her mouth, though. I have a great oral fixation. I always have to have something in my mouth. Now that I no longer smoke it is usually gum or mints. I also enjoy using my mouth and tongue during sex. I hate blow jobs. I will do it if my SO of the moment really likes them, but there is absolutely nothing about them that I enjoy.
