My question is mainly about misrepresenting what they are selling. The specific case I’m lookig at is someone claiming to be selling tickets to a “sold out” basketball game in March, that I’m 99% sure still has tickets available (I can’t know for sure until Ticketmaster is up in the morning). I’m also interested in the rules for posting items in general. What, if anything, is done to someone who makes false claims about what they are selling? If I was to bid on something and later find out it was misrepresented what could I do about it?
