Butterscotch, both of your results are characters from Babylon 5. Londo is a devious, conniving (but lovable) ambassador from the planet Centauri Prime who wears a big crest of hair and speaks with a vaguely Eastern European accent (he seems to be the only Centauri who talks like this). Susan Ivanova is second in command of the Babylon 5 station, and is a take-charge, no-nonsense gal. And cute.
