The very first video to get to me like this was I Want You by Savage Garden. In fact, watching that video now, ten years after the first time I watched it or however long it’s been, still makes my inner teenager squeal.
Crash by the Dave Matthews Band–I’ve never liked any other song by them, and I don’t even like the words, but the music and voice–yowza.
That Savage Garden song is pretty good too. I’d never seen the video and the singer looks nothing like I expected.
The video of Think by the Information Society–when I was 16 or so the singer was about as perfect as I could want.
There are probably a bunch more from my teenage years, but those spring to mind. I don’t know that you can say “used to” about them, though.

And I’d like to second Girls On Film, particularly the unrated version. Hummina-hummina-hummina.
Back in the '80’s during the MTV heydey- which is to say, when they showed videos- a good 50-75% of the females in videos went braless. I was 14 when MTV launched, so the next decade was spent stocking the spank bank with countless pointy-nipped ladies making a foray into the music industry. Something as innocent as Dexy’s Midnight Runner’s Come On Eileen would do it, because the girl (Eileen, presumably) wore overalls with nothing underneath.
Ah, memories.
That would take care of the puddle problem, but would only tend to exacerbate the screaming situation.

That’s the ring tone I use for my girlfriend. 
YES. Extremely sexy in a way that the sum of the parts is greater than the parts individually. Sultry song sung by a slightly refined brute, a doe-eyed sex goddess, AND the interaction between the two that makes that video one of the steamiest. Proof that you can have a hot chick and/or a hot guy in a video, but when they are getting hot and bothered with each other, then you’ve struck gold…member.
A runner up to that is Garbage’s You Look So Fine. Not as much interaction, but Shirley makes up for it in voice and lyrics…and those lips. It’s like her beauty and voice resurrected the guy from the dead with her angelic pleas to please.
And can I just say - there was something oddly sexy about the sand, the fact that her nail polish was somewhat rubbed off from the sand, the whole colorization of the film?
