Mixing weed? WTF? I have never heard of any stoners who needed a tool to combine multiple strains.
A fancy coke spoon is possible but my guess would be a dabbing tool - that is, a small metal tool for transferring ‘wax’ (aka ‘dab’ or ‘shatter’ or lots of other names) to either a nail or a vaporiser.

It could be a dab tool, but my money is still on coke spoon. Dab tools are usually discolored from being exposed to heat or flames, and I suspect the OP would have noticed that.
