What sort Of Psychoactive Effects From Morning Glory seeds?

I was wondering, because I heard that ingesting the seeds of the Morning Glory flower has sent several local teens to the hospital. It reminded me of an incident a few years ago, when a woodchuck entered my garden and ate all of the leaves off a morning glory vine. he was so high that he ignored me-i calpped my hands and threw pebbles at him-yeat he remained in a daze.
Do these seeds have strong psychoactive effects?
