What Supplements Do You Take?

Just curious.

I take chromium picolinate, l-lysine, and a multivitamin with iron.

The chromium (supposedly) helps to stabilize my blood sugar, the l-lysine (supposedly) helps to supress cold sores, and the vitamins are (supposedly) just “good for you”.

What about you?

Alcohol, to stabilize my courage.

Tobacco, to increase my coolness.

I’ve tried to take supplements such as vitamins and memory-booster type things.

But honest to god: I keep forgetting to take them!!!

:frowning:

Its sad being me sometimes.

Multi Vit w/ no iron

Milk Thistle (for the liver!)

E

C

Saw Palmetto (for prostate, also supposed to help male pattern baldness)

A

All these are preventative (is that a word?). I’m pretty healthy (though I do like my bourbon).

My mom gave me some horsepills–er, multivitamins–which I intend to take on a once-a-week-if-I-remember regimen.

It’s improving my gag reflex what good.

Heh.

Multivitamin
Acetyl-l-Carnitine
Piracetam
Chocamine
Green Tea Extract
Biotin
Vitamin B12
Creatine
Caffeine
Ephedrine
Nicotine (lozenges)
Chelated zinc
Potassium chloride
Potassium citrate (as a buffer)
St. John’s Wort
6-oxo
and various protein blends.

Yeah, breakfast is a bitch.

Niiiiiiiiiiiiiice. You should add some kind of cholinergic booster to augment the piracetam. DMAE should work for that. Piracetam increased activity of neurons that use choline but without excess choline it doesn’t help much.

I take

Trimethylglycine (betaine)
B vitamin complex
zinc
multivitamin
vitamin C
Niacin
Inositol

Thats about it right now. I used to take bacopa, piracetam and DMAE to improve intellect but I think I became stupider when I took them. My memory became fuzzy and I couldn’t remember short term information as well.
