The linked video is of what looks like about a 6 year old dancing in her underwear. Maybe that’s an innocent video for parents or close family to look at, but I have a hard time finding a non-creepy reason that someone would collect these kinds of videos as his favorites if he has no personal connection to the kids. The OP is not being paranoid here. I don’t think it’s anything that youtube can or should do anything about, but it’s perfectly reasonable to be creeped out by the guy who’s stockpiling stuff like this in his favorites list.

The video itself didn’t give me more than a pause (I wouldn’t put pics of my child dancing in her undies on the net, but it’s not inherently sexy). Even the gross out comments are to be expected. What bothered me was the replies from the girl (older sister) who posted the vid. On person commented, “This made me cum everwhere” and the sister replied, “LOL, thanx!” I think she posted it expecting lewd pedo jokes about her little sis, and probably expecting some pedos to get off on it.

As for the OP - if Mr. Youtube has a number of vids of this sort under his favorites, I would certainly raise an eyebrow.

Well, who knows what’s up with that particular guy’s motivations. But YouTube gets far creepier than that. There are channels run by pedophiles who actually brag about their orientation, and while they have every right to free speech, their sickness is readily apparent to all. They will post video montages of child actors adjacent to images of children who were victims of child pornography (note: link is 100% SFW) – and it’s a crying shame we can do nothing about these sick motherfuckers, until they actually hurt someone. :mad:

Pretty much. The paranoia is so rife that as a man I’m basically terrified of interacting with children in any way, for any reason lest I be immediately suspected of being some kind of sick, sick pervert. I don’t look at them, don’t talk to them, and sure as hell don’t touch them, no matter how innocuously. It’s sort of a sad state of affairs, but that’s the way society wants it.

I don’t get what’s so bad about the pictures on the video, though. They’re making it seem like it was horrible child porn. It just seemed like pics of a kid.

Let’s just say I was once part of a group which tracked these perverts and reported them to YouTube & other appropriate agencies. I quit because they kept popping up faster than we could shut them down, and it became too emotionally distressing.

Take my word for it, the child in my linked video was indeed a victim of kiddy porn (and may still be, for all I know) – the evidence is out there, if you care to search for it on your own. But take my word for it, you do not want to see what I have seen – some things cannot be easily scrubbed from your mind.
