Sydney’s being hit by mahor electrical strikes now. second time in less than 24 hours. Not as bad as Melbourne’s though, but it sure is freaksville.

A friend of mine actually got some awesome shots of the storm - he drove out to the Dandenongs in the middle of it, which I’m sure was a pleasant experience. I don’t think I’ll link to em, as he wouldn’t appreciate the traffic…but they were impressive. Looks like broad daylight at 4 AM.
Incidentally, how come no one ever summons a light beast? They bring warm sunshine and beach weather.
