Ok I know this is really vague and describes not only a lot of Phil Collins songs but other songs from that era too.
What is the name of that Phil Collins song with the really catchy keyboard or maybe synth part that sounds real happy? I think it was released in the 80’s and “sussudio” is not the one I’m thinking about.
Remember any lyrics? Absent that, one upbeat (heh) song of his was “Easy Lover”.
No that wasn’t it but a really good song. In the song I’m thinking of the keyboard or synth or whatever plays a really prominent role maybe in the chorus of the song. Can’t remember any lyrics. 
“Two Hearts” ? Another upbeat Collins song if it’s what you’re thinking of.
There was “Dance into the Light,” but I think it may have been later than the 80s.
Or perhaps you’re thinking of the Genesis song “Invisible Touch” was also satisfies your requirements.
A tip that may be helpful: If you go to Amazon.com and look up Phil Collins or Genesis, most of the track listings have 30 second samples you can listen to to help determine the song you’re looking for. I know you don’t remember the lyrics, but in the absence of those, perhaps it would be helpful to listen to those.
Could it be his remake of You can’t hurry love? I’m not sure when it was released, though.
No isn’t any of these songs listed. Though now I’m starting to wonder if maybe it was actually Sussudio. :smack: But I’m not positive eiher way.

Jesus He Knows Me has a really upbeat synth. Also a Genesis song, but released a long time after Sussudio. Has a great music video.
