what the problem with our traffic law?

hello , i am a chinese in china.
there are quickly traffic & accident growing.
everyone have car. more more people buy new car.but new phenomenon is ,
if someone did accident ,and seems made one is serious disability or handicapped ,then driver will
give a deadly STRIKE or laminate or EX or rolling on the bad luck crashed guys.
because law rule it , if the wounded is dead ,compensation only 50,000 .if the wounded is not dead or just handicapped . compensation is more than $ 150,000 ,until he is old to die.
this is why driver turn to killer. is there some problem with the law?what the problem is?how to change it? sorry for type with translator sofware, because of my terrible english.

It sounds like it is an insurance regulation question?

To sum up what I think you are saying: Cars are more available now, so many new drivers are on the road. These drivers are getting into accidents. If the person they hit dies, their families get $50 000. If the person they hit is only injured they get $150 000. So the drivers that cause accidents are more inclined to try to make sure they kill the other person.

So, is it that the person who causes the injury is having to continue to pay their accident victim until they die? Is it that they have to actually pay the money themself and there is no insurance, which is why they are trying to make sure they kill the other person so it only costs them $50 000?

If we can work out the exact question, we can discuss it =)

The law in China encourages drivers to kill other drivers.

How can a law in China be changed? That is a very challenging question.

I have worked with the banking and credit industry in China, when China was looking to create banking laws and credit industry regulations for a rapidly growing economy. They turned to countries such as the USA for guidance.

The growing use of automobiles will put pressure on China to standardize and modernize driving laws and insurance regulations. I would hope they are already looking to consult with different countries, such as the USA. They may already be doing this.

Unfortunately, it sometimes takes a fair amount of time and mistakes before leaders look to change things. In this case, the mistakes in writing laws can lead to increase murder rates.

The better the laws and regulations, the faster the economy will grow. That would be a major motivation.
