When I first moved in with my (now) husband, he had not used an alarm clock in years. I was someone who, at that time, needed to set 2 alarms, and I just didn’t see how I was going to do this “wacky” circadian rhythm thing.
Now I only set an alarm if I have an extra-early deadline, like I have to get up at least an hour earlier than usual. Any other day, I just wake up.
