Right now, around 2 am. But, I work 330 pm-midnight. As soon as I can get off this awful shift, I’ll get back to normal sleep habits.
it varies a bit for me. No earlier than 10pm no later than sufficient time to allow a minimum of 4 hours sleep. My start and end times for work varies a lot of the time, so I don’t really have a “set” time per se. I usually average 4.5 to 6.5 hours a night, but I also am a life long evening nap-taker
That’s my schedule also, although I am retired. Usually a movie on the tube.

Go to bed anywhere between 10 and 11 pm. Wake up between 7:30 and 9 am depending on if I have to work in the morning.
9-9:30 am and wake up around 2:30 pm or however late I can sleep during the day. I have my daughter wake me when she gets home from school about 4 pm if I can sleep that long. I work nights. When I was off over the recent holidays, I’d go to bed about 11pm and get up between 6 and 7.
I go to sleep between 12 midnight and 2 am, wake up between 7:30 and 9:30 am - when menopause isn’t screwing with me. I generally do best with about 7.5 hours of sleep.
I try to get 8 hours sleep, 7 at the least. Whenever I need to wake up, I track back 8 to calculate when I need to head to bed. At my age and situation I can do that, I don’t feel driven to stay up late like I used to, and am no longer the sort to sleep in unnecessarily, like I did when I was but a callow youth.
Bed @ 3-4 am, depending on if I’m in the middle of a good book or not. Up at 11.
Currently I sleep from around 6am - 2 pm when conditions are ideal. Sometimes I sleep twice a day for 3-4 hours and sometimes on the weekends I sleep extra and/or on a reversed time schedule.
Ideally, I hit the hay at 2:00 AM and get up at 10:00, with plenty of time to do stuff before my shift starts at 1:00 PM. The problem is that my shift ends when all the work is done, witch is usually somewhere between 1:00 AM and 3:00 AM. I work five days a week.
Did I mention that I hate my job and that my boss is a total crap-for-brains who can’t figure out why good people keep quitting?
During the week I go to bed at 10 or so and get up around 6. I usually sleep until 9 or so on the weekend. My preference would be 2am to 8am with a two hour nap. I love going back to bed on Saturdays after feeding cats, walking dog, and eating a bowl of cereal.
I usually go to bed at 2am. I enjoy working through the night when everything is quiet and feels quaint. I take a kip in the evening for a couple of hours after arriving home during the weekdays.
Late. Really late.
That is, when we go to bed at all. Sometimes we don’t.
I go to bed anywhere from 1am to 4am, and M-F get up at 8am, usually sleeping in until 10 or 11am on weekends. When I stay up until 4am I regret it in the morning so I’ve been trying to go to bed at the earlier times, but my success is spotty.
