It was strange. There are a crap load of kids and it is not a good 'hood so there are a ton of weird sounds that I just let go. This one peaked my interest…I wasn’t sure which house it came from but it was behind mine. I took a walk around and saw someone suspicious but not totally so in a car. I am about to leave again to check it out a second time. Don’t tell me to call the police…that is not done around here, it may sound flippant but it IS NOT DONE HERE.
What should I look for?

Dang you fast Colibri, Well the want of shoes just may have been the downfall of someone. I went the opposite way trying to fool 'em that I went to the store but I heard people arguing, it wasn’t the “perp” but I think his cambodian neighbor, the wife at least. I went around the other side and as I was walking the car chirped around the corner and took off.
You can chalk that up as a failure to act for want of shoes. Feels pretty crappy, I doubt he killed someone but I will watch him, and can check with the working ladies to make sure no one is missing. I do have one(and no, not for those reasons), I try and limit it cause she always get’s me in trouble but this may be an exception.
Cambodian dude’s neighbor stole shoes? Or his shoes were stolen? And then the Cambodian dude’s wife went down to the liquor store and started arguing with people? And then a car took off? And a local prostitute who always gets you in trouble might have seen something? Is that correct?
ETA: No wait, did you mean that you got out of the house too late to stop the perp, due to a lack of shoes to walk out in? And you know who the perp is but you don’t know exactly which the crime was? And you will watch him from now on, right? Lest he kill/scream again!
