What to do with my merguez?

A friend who has good ties to the North African community here is bringing me a bunch of good quality merguez tonight.

What shall I cook with it? I love it plain, but I feel like being creative…

I like it plain too. Maybe serve it with some couscous?

EDIT: I’ve just gone to Uli’s Famous Sausage, and I see that he makes merguez. I know where I have to remember to go on Tuesday! :slight_smile:
