Oh my, I just discovered something that’s absolutely yummy. Ain’t much of a story teller but here goes: I’m hungry so I go and check the refrigerator for something to nibble on. At the back of one shelf is a piece of cheese, the regular kind, about two inches long and nothing else. It’s been there for a few weeks so it was as hard as a rock when I tried biting into it. So I took a saucer and put it in the microwave. After 20 seconds, I pull it out and it looks like a pufferfish. Didn’t smell anything fishy so I bit into it. Absolutely yummy. The texture inside wasn’;t like cheese at all – almost like wafer or a dry biscuit. No, more like a wafer. I swear I don’t know why it happened to taste that way. Maybe it was the lack of moisture. There weren’t any molds or anything on it anyway. anyway, it was good!
Now, I don’t know if im the first to try this or if this is a regular thing but please try it and I hope you get the same result I did. Now I’m planning to buy more cheese, cut them into little strips and leave them for months at the back of the refrigerator. Now if you do have some rock hard cheese right now, I suggest you do what I did. And if there;s someone out there who thinks it’;s good enough to sell, I think I deserve a share of your profit.
