I got my laptop back and it seems so tiny now compared to the one that I was borrowing from TVMan.
beebs, I’ll have to think about this signature thing… The first off the wall thing that comes to mind, though, is totally inane:

Guess what? I slept in till almost 7!! Amazing, no? In fact, if it wasn’t for a certain yappy little canine, I’d still be curled under the covers with the kitteh snuggled beside me and the TV entertaining me. Instead, I’m in my fuzzy robe, caffeinating. But that’s fine - I still slept it! Woo and Hoo!

I know there’s so many of you I’ve missed. I’ve been so busy all week, I can barely keep up.
But I just have to say [sing-songie voice]:
I don’t have to work today! I don’t have to work today! [/s-sv] Yay for Saturday!!! Poor hubby has to work though. He seems to be liking his new job, even though he has to work very hard, and gets wet in the cold. (He has to hose down the concrete tank thing.) He’s putting in long hours, but it still only takes him 15 minutes to get home! He loves that! And only used a half a tank of gas for all week. I love him being home for dinner again, and sleeping together at the same time. 
I have absolutely nothing planned for today. I’m gonna be a slug. Watch a couple of movies maybe, and read some more of Duma Key. Might do a couple of loads of laundry, and sometime this weekend I need to water the plants, they’re a bit droopy.

Wow! We have actual snow on the ground. Lots of it, even. My view from the living room couch, shielded by the sheers, made it seem not too bad, but when I opened the front door…whoa! We’re under a level 2 snow emergency, which means that you’re not supposed to go out unless you absolutely have to. I don’t have to. I’m thinking I might shovel, eventually, if it ever stops snowing. And also take a few pictures, but it’s gonna be an indoor day chez GT.

I’ve given up on videos because he’s decided to blast some ‘great’ music that he found from his computer. And my little laptop cannot even begin to compete via sound output. :rolleyes:
Maybe I can at least convince him to turn it off or down so I can take a nap. Yes, a nap at 8:30 a.m. (I woke up at 5.)
