What type of bee is this?

We have a few of these bees in our garden at the moment.

Does anyone know which species they are?

They seem to be solitary and appear to live in burrows in the soil. They are a blue/grey colour and quite furry, but not big fat bumble bees.

I’m in the UK so it’s spring time now and they’ve only recently become active as the weather warms.

It could be a grey mining bee

Note that they’re stingless and harmless – nothing to worry about.
