What was that ethnic music before the 100m final?

I hope someone saw this and knows what I’m talking about. Before the 100 m final on Sunday, when everyone was just hanging around, they were playing some ethnic music in the stadium that was very familiar. Everyone was clapping along and it was great. But I don’t know what it’s called and Google is useless since there are no words.

Here’s my pathetic attempt at describing it. Imagine this in a very slow rhythm:
