British sociopath. There was this documentary style movie where this otherwise normal looking & acting middle aged British man is recounting his life and all the murders he committed starting with his brother who he drowned when they were kids. That’s all I remember. Can anyone help?

The closest thing I can think of for that is Mr. Brooks, where Kevin Costner knows he is a sociopathic killer and explains some stuff to Dane Cook, who also wants to become one.
However:
He wasn’t British.
Not documentary style.
He didn’t drown his brother, but fears his daughter will inherit his mental illness.
