What was the name of this Burger chain? (Tulsa OK)

I remember back when I was a kid (70’s early 80’s) I used to love this burger joint.

The only thing I remember about it was the sign had like a smiley face on it with a chef’s hat tilted to the side.

I’m not sure how big the chain was or in what areas they served, but the ones I went to were in Tulsa OK.

Thanks, this is bugging me. I asked my Mom but she doesn’t know what the hell I’m talking about.
