Can this go in one of the older (more viewed) forums? I put it here anticipating that it’d get moved here. Normally I’d associate this subforum with computer games.
What SDMB based games can you remember? Such as google image games, finish the story games etc…
Well, there was the short-lived Dead Guy in the Envelope. The last post was mine, suggesting a more efficient format, but by then I guess interest had waned.
I remember a “Finish the Sentence” thread that was good for a laugh.
Can it really have been over a year since the last game of Doperball? Hmmm…I might just have to rectify that situation (tomorrow…too busy today).

Careers was always one of my favorites.
Yeah… It was quite a big DOH! when I realized, about a day later, that ‘board games’ means something quite different.
Too late to change the title I ma frayed.
We once had a Nomic thread going but we ran into considerable problems because we started with a set of laws designed for real-world rather than online play. We did however manage to bring it to an official conclusion rather than just let it fade away.
I hosted a murder mystery game, that was later tried by someone else. The players in the thread were subject to being bumped off. (they could rejoin as their twin)
In the set up I asked for a someone to volunteer to be the murderer, I was going to be the first victim and then host, but nobody did so I had to kill them officer.
It’s never too late. 
Feel free to report a post in the thread or PM me if you’d like a title changed (within reason). I do it all the time for the Feud games.
Anyone remember -Inky’s Ultimate Rochambo Arena thread? Unfortunately it’s among the archived threads that we can’t access right now. 
We had the “SDMB is Going Places” game where the goal was to take photos of yourself in various locations, some generic (a farm) some specific (the Eiffel tower.)
Idle Thoughts threw a few parties last year. Someone (Twickster?) also ran one iirc.
The idea was that a number of guests all had posting restrictions and a few hosts had to guess the restrictions. Some were simple, some complex, some downright bizarre.
I was only thinking about them yesterday because I sorted out my subscribed folder and there they were.
Anyone interested in playing another?
Maybe RoOsh would be interesting in running the game? I bet he can think of a good restriction for Drain Gead. 
Yeah, those were fun. And yeah, I did run one – the only one where all the quirks got guessed, IIRC.
