Your scenario is pure fantasy. Assuming Biden wins the Ds will follow boringly normal procedure and get the EVs approved quickly and without any grandstanding.
I am unaware of anyone who has credibly suggested anything out of the norm would take place.
I predict this will be 100% wrong. When Biden wins, the Dems will go out of their way to ensure the process runs as smoothly as it did every election through 2016 – and that any shenanigans by the GOP are seen as idiotic grandstanding by whiny losers.

Thirded. It’s ridiculous to think that 20 Democratic Senators and 88 House Democrats are going to sign onto a pointless “symbolic” objection. That’s not to say there wouldn’t be an objection to a genuine move by Republicans to subvert a state’s election results.
