A heaven full of white MAGA christians sounds reasonably hellish. Tons of mean, entitled, bigoted people. I could see a theoretical satan just putting all the MAGA together and laughing as they think each other’s company is heaven.
People have mentioned some good tv shows that discuss this theme, but there was an episode of night gallery where 2 people were in a room doing the same thing, and one person viewed it as heaven and the other person viewed it as hell. It was called Hells bells.
None of this could compare to actual physical torture though.

After 4.5 years of Infertility a few decades ago, I - a male - can attest to the fact that being informed they must perform a certain number of times in a certain number of hours is Hell.
It’s not fun, it’s not sexy, it’s not “every dooood’s dream”.
It’s my version of Hell.
Building off of this, and the classic Rowan Atkinson skit, finding out that any other religion is somehow the “correct” one, and that you’re in their Heaven as a second class citizen (as best case scenario) would be quite Hellish. Especially if it was some form of reasonably obscure faith, the hypothetical devils could probably keep the game running for quite some time using shills of whatever “true” faith was selected (or even created). Making everyone comply with whatever rites and rituals in order to eventual promote to first class would be a great way to get compliance with various forms of torture until the great reveal.
Hell masquerading as heaven? Dude, you’re soaking in it.
