What would YOU like on your pizza?

Anything meat for me, thanks.

Sausage, bacon, ham, pepperoni, steak, hamburger…if it was living and breathing I’ll gladly take it on my pizza.

Mushrooms and extra cheese.

If I get more, it’s all towards the veggies. Maybe some pepperoni.

Anchovies? :dubious: You also forgot chicken…

Me: Pepperoni & onion (+ jalapenos if I’m in the mood) or Pesto, potato & garlic.

Excellent crust, deep dish Chicago-style. Fresh provolone, mozzerella and parmesean cheeses (possibly pepper jack.) Dried tomato-based sauce with basil and oregano. Mounds of shredded sausage, diced peppers, onions, mushrooms, cultivated olives.

Alternately: a good crust and just really good HOT white cheese and some pepperoni and extra sauce will do in a pinch.

Either something simple, like just a little tomato and cheese

Or something absurdly generous with layer upon layer or toppings - mostly vegetables - so… shredded onions, peppers, mushrooms, sliced tomatoes, repeated over a few times etc, then some cheese - the effect not so much being a pizza, more like a vegetable dish that just happens to have cheese on the top and bread at the bottom.

The next time I visit Georgia can you hook me up with the first kind?

Pepperoni, mushrooms, lots of cheese, light on the sauce. Alternately, replace the pepperoni with spinach.

Goat cheese
Chicken breast

With conventional tomato sauce and cheese,
Bacon and onion.

Just ordered one: sausage and pepperoni, with red pepper flakes added at home. Yum!

Pepperoni, sausage & mushrooms, easy on the sauce & cheese, crispy crust.
Or a white pizza, ricotta & mozarella.
…and the closer to NYC, the better…Rays makes the BEST Pizza (IMHO)

Nice once in a while: Pineapple and ham

I have only recently discovered the beauty of putting bbq sauce on a pizza. A beautiful thing.

Well, last night was Survivor/Pizza night. We had a couple of these, with added 'shrooms, red onions, diced tomatoes, and roasted garlic.

Onions. Lots and lots of onions. I can never find a place that serves a good onion pizza.

My favorite pizza I’ve ever had was mozzarella, red sauce, sliced meatballs, sliced portobellos, feta cheese and jalapeno peppers.

My SO is allergic to something in all restaurant pizza sauces so we either go without the tomato sauce unless we buy frozen. Her favorite is ham, pineapple, and extra cheese. I plan to make a fajita/taco pizza this weekend with a couple of Boboli crusts, ground turkey, fajita seasoning mix, and a pack of shredded taco-style cheese. Diced tomato and shredded lettuce goes on after baking.

We also like BBQ pizza and white pizza with clams, crab, and shrimp. The former from a local BBQ restaurant and the latter from a local pizzaria.
