I remember some years ago, some search criteria (like “imdb”) would yield at the front of the search list a Google “Real Name” with some kind of “(rn)” service mark (or whatever). That didn’t last long, though. What happened?
I don’t recall one associated with Google, but there was this, which at one point was built into MSIE:
Microsoft dropped them from IE and they vanished.

Are you perhaps thinking of Amazon? When reviewers use their real names, it’s highlighted.
Oh, no. I was incorrect in remembering that it had to do with Google. It apparently was part of IE for some short time.
