Whatever happened to the KITT GPS?

I remember seeing last year the news about the launch of an official Knight Rider themed GPS system you could get for your cars… have looked around some and it appears that it was going to come out in late 2008… but I can’t seem to find any retailers online that are selling it?

A couple of websites seem to say it was going to be first at Radio Shack, but it’s not on their site that I can find.

You mean this one? You can apparently buy it in Frys

Yeah, but see even that site says it’s unavailable for purchase online and your only chance is to check in store…

I wonder if it’s been recalled or something?
