What's happening? Skin on thigh gets pins-&-needles while laying down.

When I lay on my back to go to bed, my right thigh will get pins-and-needles after a few minutes. I’d roll over, but I wear a CPAP (anti-apnea machine), and it’s hard to sleep anywhere but on my back. It doesn’t stop me from falling asleep.

Usually, the pins-and-needles subsides in the morning, but today, it’s been with me all work day. There is even a burning sensation if I move my leg a certain way.

Anyone ever had these sympoms? I assume a circulatory problem … maybe a pinched nerve. I will visit a doctor very soon – just wondering what it might be.

Pinched nerve is what I was thinking just from reading the title. Go see a doctor ASAP.
