I see them all the time but I don’t know what they are.
I’ve never really bought one before, but there suppose to be “insider secrets” on how to buy a cheap shit with wholesale prices and make a profit selling that cheap junk on E-Bay.
That’s one type of CD people are selling. I’m sure there are some different types related to that too though.
Too many people put those up with some hope that Joe Shmoe looks at it and says “I gotta get me one of these before Ebay takes them off” and I guess a trend started.
They are Probably like the cds with info on how to get stuff for free.
Basically:
You visit a marketers web site, pretend you’re into retail & ask for free samples of their products, xboxs, ps2s, etc, which they probably wont send now because they get 18,000 emails a day asking for free samples…
I suspect (although without any evidence to back me up) that some of the ‘get rich quick’ schemes on the CD will be…selling ‘get rich quick’ CDs on ebay, oh and dumb pyramid schemes.
Common sales tactic: pretend you’re selling something that “the man” is trying to suppress because it’s just so good it will bring down their greedy corporate system and free the masses. (Or at least get them some stuff for next to nothing, the masses aren’t too fussy.)
The reality is usually it’s just some rubbish schemes for making money and scamming cheap stuff. Ask yourself this: if they were such great scams would you keep them to yourself or attempt to sell them to others, thereby alerting “the man”?
Interesting how E-bay has now come to play the part of “the man” though.
probably your email address. and mine. and everyone here’s. and half of the internets. tomorrows spammers are todays ebayers!
Well, I looked at this website & it seems placid enough to post. Most of those free info things point to this web site (once you pay for them, of course), which is just about Internet marketing info brochures & free stuff:
