A conservative forum has a thread called ‘Let there be no doubt, Sarah Palin A CFR Puppet’. Sarah Palin is a puppet of the Council on Foreign Relations? Or is there another CFR?
It’s like the “Muppet Show”, but full of political figures! LoL… 
I have always thought of “Code of Federal Regulations” whenever I heard the letters together… but I am not a big politico, but am certainly paying more attention lately (!!!). With Palin, anything is possible (oops - unless it is a rational thing)
I assume they mean the Council on Foreign Relations, which is the boogeyman of conspiracy theorists, rather than the Code of Federal Regulations. and in fact, if you google her and “Council on Foreign Relations”, you’ll see speculation that that’s the case.
