True. TBH, I’ve always found that odd, even before knowing about this supposed cheese+fish “no-no” combo. That said, I’m also not a fan of cheese on chicken sandwiches generally. That said, love it on burgers. No rhyme or reason.
It’s been awhile since I made spaghetti with clam sauce, extra canned clam pieces and grated Parmesan. I’ll have to remedy that.*
*which reminds me to harvest more eggplant to add to the sauce.
