What's the geekiest thing you own?

And for myself, hows this for bad?

I had a pair of greyhound dogs named Valentine and Ender.

I can tell by the nicknames in here, alot of you will get that reference without help. Its an Orson Scott Card reference if you do need help (“Ender’s Game” series).

An Aftery2k Linus Torvalds paper doll, and a slashdot gladiator’s poster signed by Nitrozac herself!!!

If comic books are geeky, than my 38 year collection of Legion of Super Heroes definitely qualifies.

My cast CD collection of Andrew Lloyd Webber shows is probably up there, what with all the foreign language versions (I’m getting the Russian CATS, WHOO HOO!).

HOWEVER, the geekiest thing is probably my ABBA CD collection. It’s so embarassing I hide it. Suffice it to say, I’m probably the only person on the planet who has songs from CHESS in Japanese, Swedish, German and Hungarian! I also have Benny Andersson’s three solo CDS.

What the hell, it’s a good investment.

I have It’s A Sunshine Day

It’s a charming collection of songs by The Brady Bunch. The sad thing is, I know all the words to all of the songs that they sang in various episodes.

Hmmm…I don’t know. I’ll check it out. Thanks for the tip!

7000! Pshaw. I have over 9000 typed in the MagicBuddy database and another 4000+ still needing to be sorted and typed in.

I think it would be a tossup between my almost complete collections of Star Wars and Star Trek Micro-Machines toys (little fantastically detailed starships about 2 inches long!) and my Next Generation uniform (it was cheaper to buy it outright than it was to rent it for two evenings! I made a passable Riker impersonator…). And then there’s the Star Wars Lego sets my wife keeps buying me…why didn’t they have toys this cool back in the '70s when we were all at the mercy of Kenner?

The geekiest thing I own?

My husband. Hands down! :stuck_out_tongue:
