Every day I go to certain sites, like this cartoon strip
where I’d like to keyboard my way into the frame so I can use “page down” on the scroll bar.
It’s one of the few things that I can’t do using keys alone. I hate using my keyboard joystick.

I assume you’re using Internet Explorer? Pressing CTRL+TAB or F6 will cycle between the address bar and the frames on the page. SHIFT+CTRL+TAB will cycle backwards.
Thanks. I had to hit ctrl-tab three times to get to the correct frame, but it did answer my question.
And I’ve discovered that shift-F6 goes backward through the frames.
One of my daydreams is that some day ALL of the keys that are available will appear somewhere in the dropdown or right-click menus. Since software stopped coming with reference manuals, some features seem to rely on word of mouth.
I use IE6. This is covered in the help file in the topic “Internet Explorer keyboard shortcuts”.
Wow, there’s lots of useful stuff there.
