What's the largest check (cheque) you've ever cashed or deposited?

My mom was administrator for my father’s estate, she needed to deposit a check, but was working at the time. I, being all of 18 years old, had the privilege of depositing $80,000 and then convincing the manager to not put a hold on it.

Largest ever seen? $248,000. To the IRS. F%&#ing estate tax.

I took out a cashier’s check for $3,250 to add to the $500 deposit on my new car. (New to me… technically new as in “1993”).

I remember when I was astonished by my $208 paycheck from the Coronet a few years ago. The most money I’d ever seen.
