What’s the song at the beginning of this clip?
Probably non-copyrighted library music. Sounds a bit like the Olympic Fanfare.

Stop! Stop! Just stop! Was my reaction. It sounds like a non-copyright-infringing variation of “Fanfare for the Common Man”. Here’s a video of The Police performing it (it was written by their drummer, Stewart Copeland, for the soundtrack of Steven Spielberg’s 1941).
Some of the facts in the previous sentence are incorrect. Can you spot which ones?

They’re all true, as far as I know. However, like Stewart Copeland’s “Fanfare for the Common Man” (one of my favourite tracks on the special edition of Ghost in the Machine), the OP’s example is not actually a song, what with it not being sung and all.
