I’ve heard about a mythical place with near perfect every season snow, and clear crystal days, all with a mild temperature, nearly all the time…
Ive heard about it off movies (dumb and dumber springs to mind, although probably not a movie enjoyed by this board 
), but whats the straight dope on it? Could someone like me living an honest life actually make it there? Is it worth it?
