What’s the word that describes the observation of seasonal changes through co-occuring phenomena in nature? For example, the beginning of spring is marked by buds forming on fruit trees, the return of gold finches, and the increased croaking of frogs. I had come across this term in gardening books, but have since forgotten it. Thanks.
