My Gmail account seems to have decided not to work today. Anyone know anything about this? Is it a widespread problem, or does it just hate me?
Nope, I’ve been having that problem as well, for the last hour or two.
I had that problem but after hitting refresh a couple of times it came up.
That’s a relief. I was afraid it was just me- computers seem to do awful things in my presence.
Hah, and to think that the first place that I came after my Gmail didn’t work was here. 
Just tied to check mine and I got and error message. I can’t even get to the log-in page.

I’ve tried reloading a couple times and it still doesn’t work.
And just a few minutes later, it works. Someone, somewhere, is seeing what I’m typing and fixing it for me. What does it mean?? 
Works fine for me now, at about 1.55pm EST.
I’ve been having sporadic problems for the past day or two. It usually starts working again after a few minutes. I don’t know what it means, except that when they said it’s still in beta, they really meant it.
It’s working at the moment, although I don’t know how long that will last…you know, I switched to Gmail because hotmail was being problematic. And now Gmail is being problematic. I just can’t win.
That probably wasn’t a good reason to switch. Gmail is still in beta and problems are to be expected.
