I have an HP 5470c that worked fine up until now with Windows XP. I tried scanning a photo this morning and I ended up with one of those jaggedy large-pixel looking scans. I tried tinkering with the resolution in the scan program, but to no avail. Suggestions please?
Never mind. I unplugged it and reset the thing and now it works fine. Sorry for the waste of pixels.
