Home: Big dirty pint of Guinness… but usually just a glass of cold iced tea.

Usually coffee. Tried once to edit a book chapter while demolishing a six pack of regular Coors. Felt smooth and suave and oh-so able until I viewed the gibberish I’d written the next morning. Funny to see the deterioration of syntax as the timeline of alcohol progressed. Had I been driving I’d be part of a bridge abutment now.
C3, possibly. Guiness is my fave, but I’m too cheap to buy it all the time. Merlot is the alternative.
Now, I know this may sound funny, but folks, he’s not kidding. At this very moment, there is a 12 pack of Milwaukee’s Best sitting next to the fridge. I refuse to put it inside the fridge, because that would mean that I am acknowledging it’s existence. I keep hoping it will just disappear…

Coke. Definitely Coke. But I can’t drink the stuff constantly so I have water in between. Besides, the ctrl-alt sequence stopped working after I spilt Coke on my keyboard.

Sheesh. Give a guy an inch, he wants a mile. DD, some gratitude Dem has, huh? And you know damn well he’ll be drinking that when he forgets to run to the liquor store one night. And tell him to get his butt off the phone once in a while and buy his own damn cigarettes!

Hee hee. I bought Newports that night, too, just to piss him off. But he sucked down two or three as soon as I got back from the store. The little ho’. So, now you’re starting to figure out what Demo’s trip really is. And I guarantee you that when we run out of his precious Sierra Nevada, he’ll be begging on hands and knees for just a little taste of my cheapo swill. Spoiled kid!

I mostly drink Wal-Mart’s Dr. Thunder, which is as close as you’re ever going to get to Dr. Pepper for a quarter a can.

Another vote for Twinings tea here! Today’s selection: Darjeeling Tea, “a fine blend of teas with a delicate flavour which was enjoyed at the most exclusive clubs in London’s West End”. Well, jeez, it tastes just like…tea. (Technically I’m not supposed to be drinking anything at the keyboard ever since An Unfortunate Incident took place last year. Did you know you can take the back off the keyboard, dry it with a hairdryer and cotton swabs, and it’ll be good as new? The trick is when you put the back back on, don’t screw it on too tightly.)
Cranberrry/grape juice mixed with geifsteiner mineral water.
Coke, Tomato juice, and the Chief and I love strong coffee.

Coke, preferably through a tube straight into my veins. Barring that, I’ll just drink it. No Coke? Mildly sweetened ice tea or black coffee or hot tea. Or water if I’m feeling too lazy to make anything.

As for me, usually any kind of soft drink. I’ll drink most anything that’s on hand. I prefer Rootbeer, or cherry coke to regular coke, but that’s just me. Right now it’s Ginger Ale. Perhaps when I turn 21 on monday, i’ll drink alcoholic stuff (but not get drunk)
I myself am an incorrigible conlang slut. I love oral lex.
Happy Birthday Doob. I usually have Pepsi on hand at home, coffee at work, water whenever. Very rarely I’ll have a few glasses of wine and a few chunks of cheese, those are usually the most interesting nights in chat, etc.
