What's your favourite Tragically Hip album?

So it’s a Canadian band, so what? We love our boys. They rock so very, very hard. I’m leaving out the two live albums and the Yer Favourites best-of; let’s go studio.

Pick up to three if you like.

Just wanted to say thank you for the poll. I live in AZ and nobody knows who The Hip are down here. I suddenly feel… validated. Amazing band.

I think all in all, Henhouse is my favorite with Day For Night being a close second

Well, Up To Here has what I think is their best single song. This version of New Orleans is Sinking along with Nautical Disaster is probably my favourite live song ever.

I saw them on this tour in Kingston, and they presented Nautical Disaster the same way, as the bridge in New Orleans Is Sinking. Nobody in the crowd had ever heard “Nautical Disaster” before, and it raised the hairs on the back of my head; we were all looking at each other and saying “Holy shit, what was THAT song?”

I didn’t realize it was a multiple-choice poll until after I’d voted. Could you mentally add a vote each for Fully Completely and Phantom Power?

I discovered them in '93, and their music has been a consistent thread in my life ever since.

No other Tragically Hip album has impressed me more than Fully Completely. So many good songs on that one.
