Ginger ale. Lots of times it is the only thing I can hold down.
Water, or hot tea.

Ginger ale made with real ginger (not all of them are) would be my first choice. Ginger has an anti-nausea effect.
However, usually when this happens, I don’t have any ginger handy and I usually just ride it out and don’t even try to eat/drink anything until my stomach settles down.
Peppermint tea usually works for me.
Depends what kind of upset stomach, Nausea is sometimes from too-much acid stomach, then I use 8 oz. water with 1/4 teaspoon soda with about 1 tablespoon honey. If the nausea is not from too much acid the ginger tea, or chamomille tea are helpful. If the upset if from eating too much just a sip of ginger ale helps. Sick stomach from a cold with a lot of cough I go back to the first one with the soda, use warm water and some lemon added to it.
Ginger Ale. A popular brand here is Canada Dry.
A nice, cold IPA.
Ginger ale if I have it, otherwise Coke.

Cold Coke. In a can - NOT a bottle, a can.
sprite or ginger ale if it will stay down, hot tea if it won’t.
A bit of peppermint extract and honey in some hot water.
The fumes are pretty intense. You can’t drink it with your eyes open, but once you finish it you feel much better.
Ginger ale or regular Coke, with lots of ice.
Not feeling well: Earl Grey. Pukey: ginger ale.
Spoonful of baking soda in water. It’s a classic. (Just enough water to dissolve it obviously. Because of the taste you need to down it as fast as possible.)
Mineral water or Coke.
Club soda. Real club soda with actual sodium bicarbonate in it.
Failing that, Alka Seltzer and/or a shot of Grand Marnier.
Chamomile tea.
