I’m a Libra.
The only typical Libra trait I can really identify with is the difficulty making decisions. BIG decisions seem to be simple enough, but deciding whether or not to buy that pair of pants on sale is nearly impossible. It drives people crazy.
I had my star chart done a few years ago, but the guy who interpreted it for me kept everything so vague that I think it could have applied to pretty much anyone. Astrology isn’t really something I put too much faith in, but it’s fun to read a horoscope every now and then. It’s usually wrong… but that’s part of the fun.
My grandma, on the other hand, reads two newspapers. If the horoscopes don’t match, she will take the one she likes best and call the other astrologer an idiot.
I’ve been told that the Sun and the Moon were in Gemini when I was born, so that makes me a “double-Gemini”. I asked here once what that was supposed to mean, and I think it was answered; but I don’t remember what the answer was.
I think I had Libra rising. (Again, I don’t know what that is supposed to mean.)
Scorpio, and every now and then I do read the horoscope… dunno why though - they’re never right!
By the Chinese system, I’m born in the Year of the Serpent… got that from the table mat at one of the chinese food restaurants here.
Add 24 hrs., and you’ve got my natal day. I was born in a naval hosptal in 1950, 11:24 P.M.[2324 hours] at that point the military didn’t use DST. I was actually born on September 4th, 12:24 A.M. DST[0024 hours], but the Navy insisted on recording it as having occured on the 3rd. Mom really put up a fuss about it being the 4th, but didn’t get her way. Wonder what THAT does to plotting a horoscope.:dubious:

Wow, my first post made in error… That should say:
Congratulations Bugnorton, because you’ve now officially now met (online) someone who shares your birthday.
I rarely read any horoscopes, and I don’t put any stock in astrology. I can remember at least one person looking at me in total shock when I said my birthday, proclaiming that there’s “no way I could be a Pisces.”
That one for whom the horoscopes can apply to pretty much anyone.
Does that make any sense?

Capricorn, 1/18 (and fast approaching!). I used to really be into astrology and looked up stuff on Capricorns and had a year-long horoscope book and read all sorts of horoscopes. Now I read them once in a while, but moreso like misstee - at the end of the day to see how it should’ve gone.
Oh and I think I’m Scorpio rising.
Somewhere, and I have to look for it, I have this great pendant that’s a big zodiac with all the signs on it. I haven’t worn it in years…I should get a new chain and wear it again! Off to look for it…

Pisces Rat here who really doesn’t quite buy horoscopes or read them, but its fun to discuss anyway. What’s all this “such-and-such rising” and how’s that found? I was born on March 11th, 1984 if thats any help.
